PROFESSIONAL PERIODONTAL GEL

Non-surgical periodontal support for professional dental use
Ubigel Inperio is a professional dual-gel periodontal solution containing Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), sodium alginate, and spermidine. Used as an adjunct to non-surgical periodontal therapy, it helps form a protective layer inside the periodontal pocket and supports oral mucosa recovery.

FORMULATION
Two clinically relevant ingredients. One complementary regenerative profile
Ubigel Inperio combines Sodium Hyaluronate with Spermidine for tissue repair and regenerative periodontal care — a complementary profile for oral mucosa recovery within professional therapy.
Hydration & soft tissue support
Supports tissue hydration, wound healing, and a favorable environment for oral mucosa repair.
Cellular trophism & regenerative activity
A physiological substance naturally present in living cells, supporting tissue activity and regenerative processes.
Combined profile: HA + Spermidine
Regenerative capacity
Complementary regenerative support
Manufacturer-reported amplification when Spermidine is added to a Hyaluronic Acid-based polymer complex.
* Based on manufacturer-provided technical data. Clinical outcomes may vary and depend on diagnosis, instrumentation, patient factors, and professional protocol.
Dual-gel system
Sodium alginate and Gel B complete the system, supporting mucoadhesion, stabilization, and pocket sealing after application.
HOW IT WORKS
When Gel A and Gel B are applied sequentially, Ubigel Inperio forms a cohesive “soft cement” inside the periodontal pocket. This helps stabilize the treated area, support pocket sealing, and create a favorable local environment after professional periodontal preparation.
Helps limit the infiltration of food residues that may contribute to infection.
Supports pocket sealing through the mucoadhesive properties of the polymeric components.
Helps act on the bacterial film within the periodontal pocket.
Supports fibroblast activity and regenerative cellular processes.
CLINICAL USE
Ubigel Inperio is intended for professional use as an adjunctive support in selected periodontal cases and non-surgical periodontal therapy.
Professional-use note
Ubigel Inperio does not replace diagnosis, scaling, curettage, or professional periodontal treatment. It is intended to support periodontal therapy as an adjunctive product.
APPLICATION
Ubigel Inperio is applied directly into the periodontal pocket using the dedicated irrigation needle, following appropriate periodontal preparation.
GEL A
01Gel A is applied into the periodontal pocket until the area is fully filled.
Active Ingredients
Hyaluronic acid
Creates a protective layer in the treated area, contributing to the restoration of normal tissue balance and their regeneration.
Spermidine
Contributes to promoting the regeneration of dental tissue as well as the connective tissue of bones.
Sodium alginate
A powerful mucoadhesive that promotes tissue restoration and cellular trophism.
GEL B
02Gel B is applied over Gel A to stabilize the product and help seal the pocket.
Formula
Calcium chloride solution
With stabilizing action, prevents the aggressive action of saliva.
Once applied, the two gels combine and create a soft, cohesive substance that acts like a natural 'cement', ensuring rapid and effective sealing of the periodontal pocket.
FORMATS

Each pack includes two single-use syringes: one with Gel A (blue), which supports mucosa recovery and helps limit bacterial growth, and one with Gel B (red), which reacts with Gel A to harden the compound and seal the pocket from external agents.
Yes. Ubigel Inperio is a Class IIa medical device, indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of periodontitis.
It is produced in a controlled environment and contains bacteriostatic components; each batch is tested. It is not designed for surgical sterilization requirements—always follow the official instructions for use.
It can be applied to bleeding sites after bleeding has been controlled with gentle pressure.
No. It is intended for syringe application directly into the periodontal pocket only, not injection into the mucosa.
The two syringes are designed to work together: Gel A fills the pocket after cleaning, and Gel B seals it. Two sizes are available—a smaller format for one or two pockets, and a larger format for multiple pockets in the same patient. If not fully used in one session, partially used syringes may be stored in the refrigerator with their caps for the same patient at a follow-up visit (about one week), using new irrigation needles, per manufacturer guidance.
Once applied, the two gels combine to form a soft, cohesive substance that acts like a natural cement, helping seal the periodontal pocket promptly.
It can be stored at room temperature, but cooler storage is recommended. For best preservation over longer periods, keep it in a cool place or in the refrigerator, per manufacturer guidance.
Treatment can be applied to the same sites up to three times, with about one week between applications, depending on clinical severity, per manufacturer guidance.
Perform thorough scaling and root planing (debridement and curettage) of the periodontal pocket before the first application.
Remove any residues from the previous application without repeating full gingival cleaning.
The patient should avoid oral hygiene for a few hours after treatment, then resume normal cleaning with toothpaste and a toothbrush.
There are no specific dietary restrictions, but patients should be advised to avoid very hard foods that could injure the gums.
For complete product information, indications, contraindications, and instructions for use, always refer to the official manufacturer materials and product labeling.
Ubigel Inperio is intended for professional dental use only.
